2 Injured in Head-On Crash in Huntsville, Ohio

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a collision that occurred on January 25, 2024, just outside of Huntsville, Ohio.

Briana Mohler, 32, of Lakeview, was traveling northbound on County Road 130 when she struck the vehicle driven by Chloe Hodge, 17, of Huntsville, head-on.

According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Mohler traveled left-of-center, causing the head-on collision. Following the crash, both drivers were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital. Each sustained serious injuries.

Thereafter, Mohler was transferred to Riverside Methodist Hospital. She is listed in stable condition. Hodge was transferred to Ohio State Medical Center in Columbus. She is listed in critical condition.

Mohler was cited for left of center, and it appears drugs and alcohol may have played a factor. Both vehicles endured heavy damage.
