As a person injury attorney, I have been asked “Is it still possible to recovery damage if I am injured in an accident with livestock?”
It is important for drivers on rural roadways to remain vigilant and to watch out for livestock.
Ohio farmers and landowners have a duty to the public to properly fence and maintain their property to keep livestock out of Ohio roadways.
If you or someone you know has been injured in a collision with a livestock animal, consult with a Columbus truck accident attorney. You may be entitled to compensation from the owner of the livestock. Contact a personal injury attorney from The Jones Firm to schedule a free case review.
